My Goal is to create an environment that will ensure each clients success. As your expert fitness professional, I am  committed to helping you reach your goals and improve your quality of life.

I am offering the 2 free sessions with no obligation to you at all. I am confident that you will learn what personal training is about, enjoy new exercises, and feel comfortable with me and my facility. I hope to quickly and safely progress you to your goals.

I always make the workout fun and interesting! I am very friendly and professional, you should never feel intimidated when working with me. Most of my clients either are or remain friends with me for years. My studio has been established for seven years and boasts a refined clientele. My clients generally come from Montclair, Wayne, Little Falls, Clifton, the Caldwell’s, Cedar Grove, Verona, Essex Fells, Parsippany, Jersey City, Hoboken, Lincoln Park, Montville etc…and some travel up to an hour from surrounding counties.
